                    I A. B. do Solemnly and Sincerely in the presence of God

                  profess Testify and Declare that I do believe that in the

                  Sacrament of the Lords Supper there is not any Tran sub

                  stantiation of the Elements of Bread and Wine into the body

                  and blood of Christ att or after the Consecration thereof by

                  any person whatsoever, And that the Invocation or adoration

                  of the Virgin Many or any other Saint and the Sacrifice of

                  the Mass as they are now used in the Church of Rome are

                  Superstitious and Idolatrous And I do Solemnly in the pres

                  ence of God profess Testify and Declare that I do make this

                  Declaration and every part thereof in the Ordinary Sence of

                  the words now read unto me, as they are Commonly under

                  stood by English protestants without any Evasion Equivoca

                  tion or Mentall reservation whatsoever and without any

                  dispensation allready Granted me for this purpose by the

                  Pope or any other authority on person whatsoever or without

                  any hope of any such dispensation from any person on

                  Authority whatsoevr on without thinking that I am on can be

                  acquitted before God or Man on absolved of this declaracon

                  or any part thereof although the Pope or any other person or

                  persons on Power whatsoever should dispence with on annull

                  the Same or declare that it was Null and void from the

                  Beginning

                    My Last was the 26th of January p Capt Whitehorne with

                  Goods for what Value I had then in my hand which I hope

                  are Come Safe to your Excellcys good Likeing Since that I

                  have reed Sevenall more Good Bills from Esqr George Plater

                  on his Acct for the Province to Vallue 150 l 10. 00 So that his

                  debt is Now but about £60 which he hath ingaged Shall be

                  remitted by very first and then will Send for your Excys Gov

                  ernment the full deficiency of my last years Order and Como

                  Unless I am by your Excy Countermanded whose precepts I

                  shall aliways be Sure to obey. In the Bill Loading for Goods

                  p Capt Whitehorne for your Provinces use, I fear I have there

                  mentioned 360 Small Runletts Gunpowder instead of but 320

                  which are all your full quantity as p Invoyce Appears, if so, I

                  humbly begg your Excys pardon for this great Error (being in
