    of the Province & President of his MajstYs honble Council

    with the report & Order of their Excellencys the Lord Ius-

    tices thereunto annexed

      Whereupon Ordered that Mr Charles Greenbury Executor

    of the last Will & Testament of Collo Nich Greenbury dec'd

    be Summoned to attend this Board at the next full Council

      Warrant Given under my hand this Eleaventh day of           Lib. H. D.

    March in the 12th year of his Matys Reigne Anoq Dni 1699.

    Recr of the District of Putuxent   on the back whereof was

                          thus Endorsed

      You are pursuant to an Act of Assembly of this Province

    passed the 20th day of September 1694 Entituled an Act for

    Tonnage and Settling Navall Offiers flees being an Impost

    of three pence p Ton for every Ton the Severall Ships

    Trading into this Province are gauged att, And by Virtue

    of an Order of Councill to pay unto me the Sume of one

    hundred & Nine pounds Thirteen Shillings Sterling for which

    this shall be Your Warrant Given under my hand this

    Eleaventh day of March in the 12th year of his Matys Reigne

    Anoq Dni 1699.

      You are pursuant to his Matys Instructions to me bearing     p. 255

    Date att Whitehall the 8th day of March 1694 Viz. Whereas

    by An Act passed in the Assembly of Maryland the day

    of March 1679 an Impost of Two Shillings p hhd is layd on

    all Tobbacco Exported out of our Said Act Appropriated for

    the use and Supporte of the Government Our will and

    pleasure is That towards the Maintenance of Governmt øf

    our said Province you take to your own use three fourth Parts

    of the said Moiety of Two Shillings p hhd of Tobbo Appropri

    ated as aforesaid by the said Act And you are to take Especiall

    Care that According to the Intentions of the said Act the
