    Foreign Prince Person Prelate State or Potentate hath or Lib.M.

    ought to have any Jurisdiction power superiority Preeminence,

    or Authority Ecclesiastical or Spiritual within his Majtys sd

    Realms Dominions & Countries

      2d That the Book of Common Prayer and of Ordering

    of Bishops Priests and Deacons, containeth in it nothing con

    trary to the Word of God, and that it may lawfully be used,

    and that I myself will use the form in the sd Book prescribed

    in publick Prayer & Administratn of the Sacraments and none

    Other

      3d That I allow the Book of Articles of Religion agreed

    upon by the Arch Bishops and Bishops of both Provinces and

    the whole Clergy in the Convocation holden at London in the

    Year of Our Lord God 1562 And that I acknowledge all

    and Every the Articles therein contained being in Number

    Nine and Thirty besides the Ratification to be agreeable to

    the Word of God

      I Hugh Jones do willingly and ex animo subscribe to these

    three Articles above mentioned & to all things that are con

    tained in them

    of England as it is now by Law established

      Came before me the Subscribers the Reverend Mr Hugh

    Jones and took the Oaths appointed to be taken by a Statute

    made in the first year of the Reign of King William &

    Queen Mary and the Oaths of Simony and Residence, and

    subscribed the Oaths of Abjuration and Test, and made the

    foregoing Subscriptions

    Baron of Baltemore Absolute Lord and Proprietary of the

    Provinces of Maryland and Avalon &c Annoq Domini 1731
