    in the twelfth Year of his Lordship the Lord Proprietarys

                 Nicholas Lowe Esqr

  

     The representation of the honble Philip Lee Esqr being

    produced to this Board and Read it is Ordered that Mr

    Nicholas Sewall junr Exer of Henry Sewell late of St Marys

    County dec'd be served with a Copy thereof and that the said

    Nicholas be and Appear at this Board on the third day of the

    next Sessions of Assembly to make his Objections to the said

    Representation if any he has thereto

      Which Copy a Summons Issued accordingly                       p. 161

      Ordered that the Clerk of this Board draw an Orderon

    Colo Samuel Young Treasurer of the Western Shoar payable

    to John Young for forty Pounds Sterling for his years Sallary

    due in January last

      Which was done accordingly

      His Honour the Governor asks the Opinion of this Board

    what time will be proper further to Prorogue the Assembly in

    Case the Honourable Benedict Leonard Calvert who is ex-

    pected in Governor shou'd not Arrive a Convenient time

    before the 2d Tuesday in Iuly to which time the same stands

    Prorogued who are of Opinion that the 2d Tuesday in Octo

    ber is the most proper time

      To which his Honour Concurs

      Ordered that the Clerk of this Board give timely Notice to

    the respective members of the Upper House of Assembly

    when the same members shall be appointed to meet in Order

    to proceed upon Business

      Be it Remembered that on the Third day of July in the

    Thirteenth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord King

    George by the Grace of God of Great Brittain France and

    Ireland King Defender of the Faith &c and in the twelfth

    year of the Dominion of the right Honourable the Lord

    Baron of Baltimore Absolute Lord and Proprietary of the

    Provinces of Maryland and Avalon &c Annoq Dni 1727 at
