                 ence of the Honble Colo William Holland Philemon Lloyd

                 Esqr Colo Mathcw Tilghman Watd John Rousby Esqr Benja

       p. 162    Tasker Esqr and Philip Lee Esqr Members of his Lordships

                 honble Council with divers other Gentlemen and Inhabitants

                 of this province and Produced his said Lordships Commis

                 sion Constituting and Appointing him the said Benedict

                 Leonard Calvert Captain General and Governor in chief in

                 and over this his Lordships Province and the Islands and

                 Territorys thereunto belonging and Vice Admiral of the

                 same which said Commission bearing date the 14th day of

                 March Anno Dni 1726 was then read and Solemnly published

                 and Recorded in the Secretarys Office

                   After which his Excellency the Governor and his Lordsbips

                 honble Council then present withdrew to the Council Chamber
