                   Ordered that Proclamation issue that the Court of Chan

                 cery Court of Appeals before his Excellency the Govr &

                 Council Court of Admiralty & Commissarys Court will be

                 holden here the 23d day of February next & that unless it

                 should please God that such violent weather should happen

                 by Frost or Snow or otherwise that the Suitors cannot possi

                 bly attend the said Courts their causes will not be Continued

                   Whereas there is no County Levy this year ordered that

                 the Several Vestries within this Province take care to Assess

                 their Parishioners the 40 lb of Tobo p poi as by Law they are

                 Impowered in regard the Burthen thereof will be less this

                 Year than another & that the Vestry men where they see it

                 absolutely necessary that they will lend the same to the Com

                 missioners of the County Courts for the Support of the poor

                 of their respective Parishes to be Repaid them out of the

                 next years County levy & that the Vestrys assess their

                 parishioners as soon as may be the Better to enable the

                 several Sheriffs to Collect the same

                   Ordered that Copys of the publick Levy be sent to each

                 County Court there to be read & affixed up at the Court

                 House door that all persons may see how the money & To

         p. 193  bacco has been disposed of & how much of the Imposition

                 money was applyed towards easing the Levy

                   Ordered that the Lord Baltimores Agents be Served with

                 the Order about two Large Tracts of Land
