means & that Mr Atty General make Report what charge said Lib. X. Clark Sly & Mason ought to pay & the rest of the Tobacco to be divided proportionably & paid by whom it appears to be due Ordered that Mr Atty General make Report whether Popish Priests Quakers &Ca may marry people without their Banns published or License Granted & whether Such persons are not obliged to register their Births Marriages & Burials &ca according to the Act of Assembly Whereas there is this last Assembly Enacted a Law Im- p 191 powering the Several Vestry to tax their parishioners yearly the Sum of 10 l Tobacco p poi for repairing Churches & buying of Books &Ca Ordered that the Several Vestrys take care that all the Laws relating to them be fairly Transcribed and that they be Com plied with & that Books &ca be bought as the law directs Ordered that the Trustees of the Cool Springs see the Act lately made relating thereto be put in Execution His Excellency is pleased to say that he will go and see the Land laid out & a proper place to build the Tenements in Ordered that Mr Atty Genl take care about the Navigation Bonds Scire facias issue to receive the Judgments but that the executions be Suspended Robert Handcocks Petition read & being matter of Law is referred to Mr Atty Gen' Ordered that when the publick Revenue & the several Accots are Stated that warrants be drawn for his Majestys Receivers to pay what is due to his Excellency the Governor according to his Majestys Royal Instructions & the Act of As sembly Ordered that the Clerk of the Provincial Court give his Majestys Atty General a full Accot of all fines & Forfeitures & Amerciaments who is to take care to have them Levied Ordered that George Plater & George Muschamp Esqrs his Majestys Receivers return fair Transcripts of all Accots to the Right Honourable his Majestys Auditor General
