belonging to the Enemy in Open Sea such Vessell and her Lib. H. D. Lading soe Taken after Condemnation will be wholly Due to the Lord High Admirall, as a perquisite of his Office. 3 The Same will be in Case of any shipp, or Vessell Seized or taken in any Port, harbour, or Road, or within Gunn shot of any of her Majestys Castles, or Forts whether the same be Taken with or without a Comission. 4 Where any shipp belonging to any of her Majestys Subjects shall be Rescued or Retaken from the Enemy, such shipp and Goods after Appraisment must pay Such Salvage as the Court of Admiralty shall Adjudge which Salvage is wholly due to the Lord High Admirall unless such Resquing be by a privateer in that Case the Salvage will he Adjiiged due to the privateer out of wch Salvage one Tenth thereof is to be paid to the Lord High Admirall. 5 Where any Capt of a Privateer shall Change his Shipp and Act therein with out takeing a new Comission and therein take any Prize on proof thereof such prize after Condemnation will be Adjudged wholy to belong to the Lord High Admirall the same Rule is where any person other then the Capt who is in Comission named as Capt therein shall take upon them to as Capt 6 When any privateer shall bring in his prize you shall be ready to give him all the Assistance and Dispatch you Cann in the Examination of his witnesses and where any Comission of Appraismt shall Come directed to you and others you are to see that the same be duly put in Execu tion and after such Appraisments are duly made to see the Same be fully Sett Downe and An Account thereof forthwith sent to us. 7 You are to Send ffreequent Accounts to me of all Transactions happening at any of your Ports Relating to these Affaires, And for what Charges you shall be at on Account of all such prizes as shall be brought in and Con demned as Entire perquisites of Admiralty you must send due Accounts thereof to us with proper Vouchers in Order for payment as shall be thought Reasonable with a further p. 300 Allowance of five pounds p Cent according to the sale of such prizes, but for what Charge you shall be at on any Prizes brought in by privateers the Owners of the said priva teers or their agents are to pay you for what you shall Doe therein, the Lord High Admiral's Account not being to be Charged there with.
