                    You are to take Care to receive into your Custody All

                  Shipps & Goods brought in as prize into your ports or any

                  the Creeks or Rivers within the Districts thereof by Inden

                  ture under the hands & Seals of the Captain Officer Coman

                  der or Seamen bringing in the Same of which Said Shipp her

                  Tackle Apparrell Furniture and Stores of Amunition & pro

                  vision & all & Singular the Goods Wares & Merchandizes

                  Seized in her you are to make a fair Genll Accot or Inventory

                  as you may without breaking of Bulk or unlading the same:

                  And send a A Du licate whereof under your hand & Seale

                  Dupl ica te you are to return to us by the first Oportunity

                  after yor Receipt thereof, together with the name of the Ship

                  the place whereto she propperly belongs the Captains &

                  Masters Names & her Burthen Quality Age & Built as farr

                  as you can learne, as also the Captors name, & the tyme and

                  place of Capture

                  2d To take all You are to take Especiall Care to make due

                  Writings in Search & inquire for & Demand take and receive

                          into your Custody all Bills of Lading Docketts Evi

                  dences Charter partys Lres Sea Briefs passes Examinations

                  proofs & other Writings and papers whatsoever that shall be

                  delivered up from on board of or belong unto said Ship as

                  shall be brought in as afd which said papers Writings &c.

                  All Capts Officers & Seamen bringing in such Ships are re

                  quired to deliver unto you accordingly in order to the Con

                  demnation of such prize

                    3dly You are in order hereunto to take Especiall Care

                  that some persons of good Creditt & Condition Resident

                  dent at any port or place where any Shipp shall be brought

                  within your Districts (having Commission and interrogatorys

                  Majr or Chief from the Cors of Admiralty which if they have

                  Magistrate to not you are to Informe us thereof to end the Same

                  examine the

                  Ships Com- be Sent) do forthwith Examine as well the master

                  pany & Officers of the Shipps Company Seized or any

                  two or three of them that shall be found most knowing to

                  each point in the said Comission & Interrogatorys Specified

                  And also if there be occasion the Capts Comanders & Seamen

                  bringing in the said prize to the points they shall be able to

                  answer And Causing full & perfect Affidavits to be made by
