      And we have revoked & Determined And by these pTsents Lib. H. D.

      do revoak and Determine Certeine Letters Pattents under

      our great Scale of England bearing Date the 5th day of

      September in the third year of the reigne of us and of our

      late Royall Consort Queen Mary whereby the said Office

      was granted unto Sr Thomas Laurence Barronett

        In Wittness whereof we have Caused these our Letters to

      be made Patents Witness Thomas Archbishop of Canterbury

      and the rest of the Keepers and Justices of the Kingdom

      att Westminster the twentieth day of Sept in the Tenth year

      of our reigne

        Henricus permissione Divina Londin. Episcopus Dilecto

      nobis in Christo Thomae Bray D. D. Salutem in Domino,

      Cum Nobis pro munere quo fungimur Episcopali incumbat, p. 252

      Ut inter eos qui Nostrae Curae Committuntur, et Lites et que

      relae, que ad Forum Ecciesiasticum Spectant luxta Leges

      Regni Angike, Canones Ecclesiae Anglicanae et Iuris Exigen

      tiam rite decidantur, Te Thomam Bray D D Cujus Scientiae

      & probitati plurimum confidimus, Commissarium Nostrum in

      et per totam Provinciam de Maryland, Nostrae Iurisdictionis

      in America Sitam facimus et Constituimus p presentes et

      Concedimus Tibi potestatem omnia et Singula faciendi circa

      premissa quae de lure vel Consuetudine fleri possint aut De

      beant Censuras Ecciesiasticas pro facti qualitate infligendo

      remittendoq una cum potestate Surrogatum vel Surrogatos

      Constituendi, quoties Tibi per Valetudinem adversam vel

      alia Negotia abesse Contigerit, Exceptis tamen Semper Insin

      uatione Sive Approbatione Testamentorum vel Ultimarum

      Voluntaturn Cuiiccssionc Administrationis honor ab intestate

      decedentium et Facultatibus pro Bannis Matrimonialibus,

      omittendis, Nec non Collatione Sive Institutione ad beneficia

      Cum Cura Animarum. In quorum omnium et Singulorum p. 253

      Fidem et Testimonium has presentes Literas Nostras Testi

      moniales fieri, ac Sigillum Nostrum Episcopale presentibus

      apponi fecimus
