Appeareance
And Orderd that Colll Loyd and Mr Thomas Smith accom-
pany Mr Hinson to his Excy & Councill to see him Sworne
They returne and Say they have seen him Sworne.
The Honoble Robert Smith Esqre and Coll Jno Hammond
enters the house and delivers Mr Speaker the Originall Bills
The house adjournes till 2 o Clock in the Afternoone

The Answer to our Message yesterday by Mr Loyd and
Mr Cambell sent to us by Colll Hutchin's and Colll hamond
this house hath considered and doe still desire that according
to our former message the rangers may be taken of an is
furthr Resolved and Orderd that the piscattaway Indians land
be layd out as Majr Borman shall direct according as the Rt
honoble the Lord Baltemore directed him and the same may
be done Effectually
