The house mett againe being called over
Were prsent as Yesterday

Was returned to this house two Indentrs of EleciOn of Two
members for Kent County and was comitted to the Comit-

fo. 54

tee for Election and Privileidges who are desired to make
a Speedy reporte thereof to this house
A Bill for Speedy Tryall of Criminalls &ca
Read the 3d time and Assented to by the house of Delle-
gates.
The following Bills Ordered to be sent up to his Excy
A Bill for repealing Certaine Laws in this province and
Confirmeing others
An Addll Bill to the Act touching Coopers &ca
A Reviveing Bill
A Peticonary Bill for Confirmeing land Given to the Minis-
try of Christs Church in Calvert County
A Bill for quieting differences between his Majts Subjects
and the Indians
A Bill for Religion
The following Bills were brought into the houses engrossed
The Bill makeing Vallid the last Will and Testament of
James Tyer of Charles County
A Bill for Speedy Tryall of Criminalls &ca
A Bill for the Prsent Security of the frontier Plantacons
Major Thomas Ennalls and Mr Walter Smith Sent up with
the said Severall Bills to his Excy and his Majts honoble Coun-
cill for their Assent
They returne and Say they have delivered there message.
Read the proposall of the Comittee of Accounts.
Resolved that a Psent be made his Excy
Putt to the Vote whether Two hundred or One hundred
and Fifty pounds shalbe the prsent
Carried in the Affirmative and Orderd to prepare a Mes-
sage for that purpose Comittee for Election and Priviledges
enters the house and makes reporte Vizt

This Comittee having before them two Writts of Election
for two Delegates to leave for Kent County and haveing
Examined and inspected the said returns doe finde & reporte
that Mr Sollomon Wright and Mr Charles Hinson are duely
Elected and Chosen Dellegates to Serve for Kent Coty and
Indentures thereof returned according to Act of Assembly
