We have Considered Colll Beale's Peticon and finde by
Affidavits Letters and Severall other Circumstances the case
of the said Beales to be a great Agreivance insomuch that
if there is not Speedy Care taken to Stopp the like proceed-
ings for the future, may be of very ill consequence to Severall
of the inhabitants of this Province

Which being read and debated It is resolved by the house
that the consideration thereof be referred to the next Sessions
of Assembly.
And in the meantime notice be given Mr Clement hill that
in case he does not make reasonable sattisfaccon to Colll
Ninian Beale then the said Clement hill is ordered to appeare
before this house at the next Sessions of Assembly to answer
the Complaint
The honoble Robt Smith and Francis Jenkins Esqre enters
the house and prsents the Speaker with
The Bill for the prsent Security of the Frontier pltacons &c

To the honoble Mr Speaker and the house of Burgesses

May it please yor honors
The Act Acertaineing the fees of Naturallization Says that
such fees shalbe taken for them at the Assembly wherein they
pass shall allow to the honoble Speaker the Attorney Genll and
Clerke.
Therefore pray yor honors to acertaine what the fees shalbe
for those that are naturallized this Session
Your obedient Servt W Dent

Which being Read the fees are Acertained as follows

Orderd that Michaell Bellican for Naturalliza-
tion of himselfe and three children pay to
the honoble Speaker Twenty Shillings apiece £04..
Orderd that he pay the Attorney Genll 01. 00. 00
And to the Clk of the Councill 01. 00. 00
