Capt Hoskins and Mr Elisha Hall sent up to his Excy and
Councill with the message relateing to the Church.
They returne and Say they have deliverd their message
The honoble Colll Hutchins and James Frisby Esqre enters
the house and delivers Mr Speaker some bills
The Act for reviveing some Temporary Laws endorsed
Assented by the house of Dellegates

Which was likewise sent up with the former message re-
lateing to the Church
Colll John Courts and Colll Jno Hammond enters the house
and delivers the reviveing some Laws &ca

Assented to by ye Councill W Bladen Clk Councill

Proposed by a Member whether it is not thought reason-
able to enquire after the money acco' appropriated for Arms &ca
Resolved that his Excy be addressed to shew this house an

Account of the Three pence p hhd appropriated for Arms &ca
and Orderd that a Message be prepared and Sent for that pur-
pose which follows vizt

It is resolved by this house that his Excy be addressed to
shew them an Account of the Three pence p hhd appropriated
for Arms &ca
This house humbly prays his Excy that such Accots (if ready)
may be produced to this house for their inspeccon
