The Reporte of the Committee of agrievance prsented to
the house and referred to be read in the afternoone
The Bill for Service of Allmighty God and establishment
of Protestant Religion in this Province
Read the Second time and sent to his Excy and Councill by
Capt Hill, Capt Hoskins, Majr Lowe Majr Whittington Mr
Briscoe Mr Cambell Mr Parker Mr Wright Mr John Hall Mr
Richard Tilghman Majr Thos Smith and Colll Hanson
They returne and say they have delivered their Bill
A Bill for Speedy Justice and Tryall of Criminalls acertaine-
ing their punishments in the County Courts when prosecuted
there
Read the first time and Committed for Amendmt
Bills for Quieting the differences arising betwixt the English
and Indians in private Controvery &ca
Read the first time and committed for amendmt
Peticonary Bill of Richard Smith and others for confirmeing
Land given to the ministrey of Christs Church pish in Calvert
