An Act for reviving a Supply towards the Defraying the Pub-
lick Charge of this Province and to prevent too great a
number of Irish Papists being Imported into this Province

Be it Enacted by the Queens most Excellent Majesty by
and with the Advice and Consent of her Majesty's Governour
Councill and Assembly of this Province and the Authority of
the same that one act of Assembly made at a Generall
Assembly of This Province begun and held at the Port of
Annapolis the twenty eighth day of June in the year of our
Lord one Thousand Six hundred ninety nine Entituled An
Act for raising a Supply towards the defraying the publick
Charge of This province and to prevent too great a Number
of Irish Papists being Imported into This Province and Every
Article Clause and thing in the said Act Contained shall be
and are hereby revived and Continued for and during the
term of Three years or unto the end of the next Sessions of
Assembly which shall first happen.
