An Act for reviving an Act for Ordering & Regulating the
Malitia of this Province for the better Defence and Security
thereof

Be it Enacted by the Queens most Excellent Majty by and
with the Advice and Consent of her Majties Governeur
Councill and Assembly of this Province and the Authority of
the same that one Act of Assembly made at a Generall As-
sembly begun and held at the Port of Annapolis the twenty
Eighth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand Six
hundred ninety nine Entituled an Act for ordering and reg-
ulating the Malitia of This Province for the better defence and
Security thereof and all and Every Article Claus & thing in
the said Act Contained shall be and are hereby revived and
Contained to stand and be in full force and effect for and
