An Act reviving An Act for laying an Imposition of three
pence p hogshead on Tobacco for defraying the publick
Charge of the Province.

Be it Enacted by the Queens most Excellent Majty by and
with the advice and Consent of her Majties Governour Coun-
cil and Assembly of this Province and by the Authority of the
same that one Act of Assembly made at a Generall Assembly
of this Province begun and held at the Port of Annapolis the
Eighth day of May one thousand seven hundred and one
Entituled an Act for Laying an Imposition of three Pence p
hogshead on Tobacco for defraying the Publick Charge of
the Province and all and Every Article Clause and thing in
the said Act Contained Shall be and are hereby revived &
Continued in full force and Effect for and during the term
of three years or untill the end of the next Sessions of
Assembly which shall first happen
