the uttmost of theire ability by raiseing of three hundred pounds

tyme for paymt of obligadns being matters of great moment,
the prsent Exigence of the tyme, and the thinness of the house
will not allow off our Examineing of them att this tyme and

He returnes and Sayes he delivered itt
The house adjournes till 2 a Clock afternoon

Proposed by a member whether it be not adviseable to con-
sider the repaires of the State house
Resolved that Mr Samuel Young, and Major Charles Green-
berry, and Mr John Salter view the said house, & consider
what necessary repaires itt wants
Bill for Naturalizaon of Christopher Smythers, Arnold
Livers and John Jawert, read and assented to by the house of
Delegates
Bill to Enable the Exrs of Nicholas Millburne to sell Lands
for payment of his Debts
Read and assented to by the house of Delegates, and sent
up to his Excy and Councill by Mr Phill Lynes
He returnes and sayes he delivered the Same
The honble William Coursey Esqr enters the house, & de-
livers Mr Speaker the bill for regulateing ordinaryes &c.
One of the members of the Committee of accts enters the
house and Delivers mr Speaker an acct of Mrs Beards for
cleanseing armes, and being Debated this house conceiues itt
ought to be paid out of the 3d p hhd
