land Esqrs of the Councillbe appointed to joyne with some mem-
bers of this house
Its therefore ordered that Mr William Harris Mr Mathias
Vanderheyden, and Mr Charles Greenberry, joyne in the Con-
ference, and ordered they attend the same tomorrow morneing
And the Bill for regulateing ordinaryes was thereupon de-
livered William Harris
The petition of Anne Cannin for and allowance for building
a shedd to the Gate, and for allowance of Sallary due for
keepeing the Gate, hoisting the Flag, and beating the Drume
was here read
And its considered that the first part of the Petion be rejected,
and the other part for Sallary be refferred to the Committee
of accounts for allowance
The house adjournes till tomorrow morneing 8 a clock
Saturday the 29th Aprill 1704
The house mett were called over, and prsent as yesterday
Mr Wm Harris Enters the house, and makes report from the
conference appointed, relateing to the bill for regulateing
ordnaryes, that the amendmt made by the Governr & Councill
be left out of the said bill (Citty of Saint Maryes and Port of
Annapolis) not empower'd to grant Lycences
Brought into the house his late Majestyes Instructions re-
lateing to Sr Thomas Laurence, and the act for regulateing
ordinaryes, which being here read and debated this house re-
solue not to recede from theire former resolution
Bill for regulateing ordinaryes againe read, and debated
And resolved itt doe pass for Engrossing (Endorsed Bill
for settleing a revenue, on her Majestyes Governr)

Bill Empowering Milburnes Exrs to sell Lands &c.
Read the 3d tyme and doe pass
The honble James Saunders & Wm Coursey Esqrs from the
honble Councill enters the house and Delivers Mr Speaker
