the good Discipline, amongst the said Soldiers as may best
answer those Ends
13 You are to demand an account of all persons concerned
of Arms, Ammunition and Stores sent to our Said Province
from the office of ordinance here, as likewise what other
Arms, Ammunition and Stores haue been bought with the
publick money for the Service of our said Province, and how
the same haue been Employed, and whether any of them, &
how many of them have been sold, spent, lost, decayed or
otherwise disposed off, and to whome, & to wt uses and to
transmitt the sd account as aforesaid
14. You shall take an Inventory of all armes, Ammunition
and Stores, remaineing in any of our Magazin's or Garrisons
in our said Province, and transmitt the same imediately to us
and to our Comr for Trade and plantaons and the like Inven-
tary afterwards yearely
15 You are to take Especiall care that fitt Storehouses
be settled throughout that our Province for receiueing &
keeping of armes, Ammunition and other Publick Stores
16 You shall likewise take care that a generall Survey be
made of all our said Province, and of each County in it, and
that an Exact Mapp, or Mapps be drawne, and transmitted
as afd
17 You shall cause a Survey to be made of all the con-
siderable landing places, & harbours in our said Province,
& wch the advice of our Councill, there Erect any of them,
and such fortifications, as shall be necessary for the security &
advantage of tht our province, which shall be done, att the
publick Charge, in wch wee doubt not of theire cheerfull con-
currence
