A Bill for the Naturalization of Mich^l Bellican & his three
sons & Christopher Mounts read & Assented to and sent to
the House by Col Hutchins & M^r Frisby.
Cap^t Hoskins & M^r Elisha Hall bring from the house in
answer to the Message about lodging the mony raised for
building the Church viz.

The Message by the honble Robert Smith & Francis Jen-
kins Esq^r relating to the Church was here received & read.
It is resolved that when the money shall be by the Gentⁿ
received they shall lodge the same in the hands of M^r Micajah
Perry & Comp^ny Merch^ts in London there to lye at the Risque
of the Country till it be called out of their hands by the Gentⁿ
intrusted

The s^d Cap^t Hoskins and M^r Hall also brought a Bill for
reviving some temporary Laws of this province, which was
read and Assented to by his Ma^tys honble Councill.
Came Colonel Thompson and M^r Walter Lane who brought
the following resolve of the house viz.

It is resolved by this house that his Ex^ncy be addressed to
shew them an Account of the 3^d p hh^d apropriated for Arms.
This house therefore humbly pray his Ex^ncy that such Acc^t
(if ready) may be produced to this house for their Inspection.

The said Colonel Thompson & M^r Lane also brought a Bill
for security of the Frontier Plantations which was read passed
and sent to the house with his Ex^ncys answer to their Message
by Colonel M^r Smith & Col Jenkins.

wherein you are desirous to be informed how the 3^d for Arms
is disposed of. I am with his Ma^tys Councill here directed to
