this Board without Endorsmt which was Endorsed Read &
sent back to the house by Mr Attorney Genll as also an Addi-
tional Bill about tobo hds
A Bill for the Naturalization of Michl Bellican & his three
sons & Christopher Mounts read & Assented to and sent to
the House by Col Hutchins & Mr Frisby.
Capt Hoskins & Mr Elisha Hall bring from the house in
answer to the Message about lodging the mony raised for
building the Church viz.

By the House of Delegates
May the 8th 1700

The Message by the honble Robert Smith & Francis Jen-
kins Esqr relating to the Church was here received & read.
It is resolved that when the money shall be by the Gentn
received they shall lodge the same in the hands of Mr Micajah
Perry & Compny Merchts in London there to lye at the Risque
of the Country till it be called out of their hands by the Gentn
intrusted

The sd Capt Hoskins and Mr Hall also brought a Bill for
reviving some temporary Laws of this province, which was
read and Assented to by his Matys honble Councill.
Came Colonel Thompson and Mr Walter Lane who brought
the following resolve of the house viz.

By the house of Delegates
May 8th 1700.

It is resolved by this house that his Exncy be addressed to
shew them an Account of the 3d p hhd apropriated for Arms.
This house therefore humbly pray his Exncy that such Acct
(if ready) may be produced to this house for their Inspection.

The said Colonel Thompson & Mr Lane also brought a Bill
for security of the Frontier Plantations which was read passed
and sent to the house with his Exncys answer to their Message
by Colonel Mr Smith & Col Jenkins.

Gentn Your message by Colonel Thompson I received
wherein you are desirous to be informed how the 3d for Arms
is disposed of. I am with his Matys Councill here directed to
