this house humbly prays your Excy to interpose your authority,
that Mr White menconed in the peticon may be paid the 40 p
poll for the time of his Service in the upper part of King
and Queens pish in Charles County and that your Excy would
be pleased to compell the Vestry of that parish to render
an acct of the 40 p poll to your Excy or to some psons that
your Excy shall please to Substitute for that purpose.

Proposed by a member of this house whether it be not
reasonable that the printed body of Laws be examined by the
Originalls.
Resolved that the printed Laws be examined and corrected
by the originalls and ordered that Collo Lowe, and Majr Jno
Lowe be appointed to Examine and compare the printed body
of Laws by the originall Coppys and make speedy report
thereof to the house.
The Comee of Laws enters the house and Delivers the fol-
lowing Bills.
A Bill Investing a tract of Land in Dorothy Stevens sold
her by Symon Willmore to her and her heirs for ever. Read
the first time, ordd to be read againe to morrow morning.
A Bill Investing a tract of Land on St James Church
Read the first time and ordered to be read againe to morrow
morning.
A Bill for naturalization of Severall psons read the first
time and ordered to be read againe to morrow morning.
The Comr of Laws appointed to consider the conveniency
and illconveniency of Itinerant Judges in this province, enters
the house and gives their report which being debated in the
house.
Putt to the Question whether the Consideracon thereof be
referred to the next Sessions of Assembly or totally reject
the same.
Carried by majority of voices that it be totally rejected.
Mr Phillo Loyd and Mr Elisha Hall sent up to his Excy and
Councill with two messages, one Relateing to the Militia Law
and the other concerning the peticon of King and Queen and
Wm. and Mary pishes.
They returne and say the honble Councill were not sitting.
Mr Jno Salter Mr Jno Dorsey and Mr Samll Young ap-
pointed to view the house bought of Majr Edwd Dorsey
enters the house and reports as followeth viz.
