Lt Colonel Ennals and Lt Colonel Smallwood bring the
following Message from the House viz.
By the house of Delegates April 30th 1700
The Message by the honble Colonel Courts and Francis Jen-
kins Esqr relating to Storehouses for keeping & Securing the
publick Arms and Amunition &c. and the other message by
James Frisby Esq and Colonel Hamond about the Indian
Affairs was here received & read. And this house humbly
pray your Exncy will be pleased to appoint some of the
Gentn of the Honble Councill to conferr with some Members
of this house as well to consider of what is in the said
Messages recomended to this house as alsoe of some Con-
venient place to secure the Publick Library of this Province.
This house having appointed Major James Smallwood Major
Thomas Ennalls Mr Philemon Lloyd Major Walter Smith
Mr John Wight & Mr Saml Young to joyne in such Con-
ference and to attend such of his Matys Councill as your
Exncy shall appoint at such time & place as they shall direct.

According to the houses Request Col: Addison, Colonel
Courts and Col: Hamond are appointed by this Board to
joyn in Conference with the Gentn of the house of Dele-
gates at Mr Freemans about 2 of the Clock in the After-
noon.
