Coll: Darnalls Know Yee that whereas his Maty by his Royall Order in Councill bearing Date the 23rd day of ffebry Anno Domini 1692, has been pleased thereby to Command that the Lord Baltemore Should be permitted p. 497 (without any disturbance or interruption) to Collect and Receive, by such prson or prsons as he should thereunto Authorize & Appoint Severall Sums of money and Tobo accruing to his sd Lordship (within this his sd Majesties Prov ince) as Proprietor of the Same; And fforasmuch as it hath been made appear unto me by Henry Darnall Gentl. (the Bearer hereof) how that he is here legally Authorized by his sd Lordship for looking after & managing all his Concerns and Receiving his Rents & Dues &ta And withall hath Sig nifyed his intentions of going for England this ffleet in Ordrr to Settle & make up his Accots with his Lordship there desir- ing Some Certificate thereof from this Governmt whereby he might not be Retarded in his passage thither. These are therefore to Certifye that due Satisfaction hath been here given by the Bearer (as above) concerning the prmises, who is hereby permitted to Ship himself on Board and depart this Province accordingly without any molestacon or hindrance whatsoever, provided he hath fully complyed with the Law of this Countrey in Such Case; desiring all his Mats Loving Subjects to whom this shall Come to Suffer the sd Henry Darnall to pass unto his sd Lordship without any interruption to the End and purpose intended; In testimony whereof I have Caused the Broad Seal of this his Mats Province to be hereunto Affixed this 17 day of March in the Ninth Year of the Reign of our Soveraign Lord King William the Third &ca Annoq Domini 1696/7.

To all prsons to whom these prsents Shall Come, Greeting.
Mr ffeilders Know Yee that Thomas ffeilder (the Bearer Pass to go for England. ° hereof) of the Province aforesd Carpinter, being imployed here, in the Erecting of Severall publick buildings and Edifices within the Port of Annapolis Vizt a Church, State House, ffree Schole &ca is Sent from this his Mats Governmt for England to purchase Severall Materialls Necessary and proper for the Carrying on and Compleating the sd Buildings; Suffer therefore the sd Thomas ffeilder to pass for England and Repass abt the sd & other his lawful
