      with the ffleet, has accordingly Endeavoured the Same as Lib. H. D.

      much as in him lay; but finding that through the Severity and

      Excessive Sharpness of the Winter Season he cannot accom

      plish to get them both loaden & full ready to Saile with the

      ffleet; however is desireous tht the ffirst mentioned Ship may

      (according to his Orders from the Owners Recd:) be got

      Ready, which he is not able to Effect but by taking the Tobo

      the Ship Providence hath on Board & put it in the other Ship.

        And ffor as much as he hath also Signifyed & Comp!ain'd

      how tht (as well for the good & benefit of the Owners as the

      fuilfilling their directions & Ordrs) he did apply himself unto

      Cap George Keeble for the delivery of the Tobo put on Board

      his Ship to help forth the loading of the other, the sd Keeble

      hath refused a 5urrender thereof, out of pretence tht his men

      are unwilling thereto; And having taken into consideracon the

      great Damage the Owners may Sustain through the Obstinacy

      of that Ships Company disobeying their Imployrs just &

      Legall Commands, I do therefore hereby Strictly Ordr that

      the sd George Keeble and all the Mariners belonging to the sd

      Ship Providence Do (upon Sight hereof) peaceably Suffer the

      above Named Willm Wilkinson or his Ordr to take forth the

      Tob he hath put on Board the sd Ship in Ordr to the for

      warding the Loading of the Ship Edward and Dudley afore

      mencon'd pursuant to the Owners will & desire in tht behalf,

      and upon the sd Keeble or any of his Ships Company being

      refractory, or obstinately refusing so to do I do hereby in his

      Mats Name Comand the Sherriff of Prince Georges County

      forthwith apprehend & take into his Custody the party delin

      quents so tht he have them before me at the port of Annapolis

      to Answer the prmises, with all possible Speed, as he will

      Answer the Contrary at his perill; for which this shall be Suffi

      cient Warrant and Ordr given under my hand & Seal this

       11th day of ffebry in the Eigth year of his Mate Reign &ca

      Annoq Domini 1696.

        To the Sherriff of Prince Georges County

        or others whom it may Concern.

                                These

        Mem. there was a Clause inserted in the above Ordr issued

      to the Sherriff tht allowance should be made to the Seamen

      for their trouble, &ca

          ernr of his Mats Province of Maryland & the Territoryes

          thereunto belonging and Vice Admirall of the Same &ca
