    unto the Witness and lett him be asked if all these paprs & Lib. H. D.

    writings were taken in her and whether these are all the

    papers and writings Concerning the sd Ship & Lading wch

    were on Board her at her Seizure, and whether in truth there

    were not double Papers and writings Concerning the sd Ship

    & Lading differing one from another as to the Ship or touching

    the Goods of the sd Ship or Some of them or which of them,

    and as to the prsons who laded the same, and as to those who

    really runn the risq & adventr thereof, and to whom such

    papers & writings were to be deliver'd, and were there not

    some papers or writings changed Altered, Torne, Thrown over

    board Burnt or otherwise concealed, and where, & by whose

    directions was it done Et ffiat Ut Supra.

      9: Itm Interr quilbt Whether had or have you any private

    directions or Instructions other then were or are contained in

    the bills of lading of the sd Ship for or concerning the sd Ship

    & her lading or any part thereof or Concerning any prson to

    whom & for whose Accot the Same were to be deliver'd (If

    yea) What were and are the sd directions & whether were the

    Same by word of mouth or in writing What were and are

    the Same If in writing who are they, who wrote the same, and

    what was in the Effect thereof Et ffiat Ut Supra.

      10: Itm Interr quilbt By what Ship or Vessell was the Ship p.72

    and wt is become of the Ship & of the Capt or Comandr thereof

    by which the sd Ship and her lading was taken and to wt port

    or place was the sd Ship and her lading brought and where

       11: Itm Interr quilbt Whether do you know or have heard

    that the Bulk of the sd Ship hath been broken since the Seizure

    or that any of the Tackle, ffurniture, Good Wares and mer

    chandizes, Provisions Jewells, Plate, money or any thing what

    soever which were in the sd Ship or in any part or place

    thereof at the time of her Seizure have been by the Comdr

    Officrs or Compa of the sd Ship which have made the Seizure

    or any of them or by any other prson or prsons whatsoever

    taken out, carryed away from the sd Ship concealed or any

    way Imbezelled the same declare the Nature Quantity Quality

    and pticulrs thereof and the Names of the prsons who took

    the same & in whose possession the same lately were and now

    are & whether any person or persons belonging to the sd Ship

    have been since Seizure forced or been set on Shore and who

    by Name & where, and wt prsons belonging to the sd Ship

    have been taken out into any other Ship, Et ffiat ut Supra.

       12 Itm Interr quilbt whether have not you the witness or

    the Mastr of the taken Ship or some other of the Compa of

    Marrinrs & passengrs in discourse with some prson or prsons
