                 made Since the prsent Warr and under Wt passes and to and

                 from what Severall Ports and places and Wt Goods did she

                 Carry in the sd Voyage and where and by whom laden and

                 where and by whom were the same deliver'd & for whose

                 account Et ffiat Ut Supra.

                  5 Itm Interr quilbt Whether did the Ship in her Voyage

                 outward bound carry any Armes pieces of Ordinance or any

                 Implemts belonging to them, ffireballs Powder, Match, Bullets,

                 Pikes, Swords, Launces, Spears, Halberts, Guns, Mortar

                 pieces, Petards, Granadoes Muskets rests; Bandeleers, Salt

                 Peter, Musket Shott Helmets, Corslets Brest plates, Coates of

                 maile or the like kind of Armiture, Soulders horses, or any

                 thing Necessary for the ffurnitr of horses Holsters, Belts or

                 any other Warrlike Instrumts whatsoever to be deliverd in

                 any port or place in the Voyage in question out of the sd Ship

                 to any prson or prsons (Jf yea) To whom and where and upon

                 whose Accot Et ffiat vt Supra.

                  6 Itm Interr quilbt In Wt Port or Ports or places was the prsent

                 lading put on Board the sd Ship, and what was and is the

                 Nature Quantity and quality of the Lading and of what Growth

                 was and is the Same and of wt Nation were and are the

                 prson who put the prsent lading in the sd Ship aboard her;

              p. 71 and in what Severall places due and do they Severally dwell

                 there, To Wt Prince or State were and are they and every one

                 of them a Subject and who by Name were and are the respect

                 ive Ownrs of the sd Lading and what particular parts thereof and

                 where doe they Severally dwell, and how long have they dwelt

                 there and whose Subjects are they Et ifiat Ut Supra.

                  7 Itm Interr quilbt Whether had or have they any share or

                 pportion in the sd Ship or her lading now in question or any

                 part thereof (if yea) What part and to Wt value, where were

                 you borne, and to Wt Prince or State were and are you a subject,

                 and how long have you been there and where is yor usuall place

                 of Residence when on Shore Et ffiat vt Supra.

                  8 Urn Interr quilbt Whether were there any papers, Dockets

                 Bills of Lading or any other papers or writings aboard the

                 sd Ship at the time she was taken or at any time Since her

                 prsent lading was put on board her (if not) Express so much

                 (if yea) where were & are the Same and to whom were they

                 delivered and what is become of them, and if any Papers and

                 writings were Seized in the sd Ship Let the same be shewed
