          Lib. H. D. confessed that the sd Ship taken and her lading or some part

                 thereof and what part did or doth belong to the ifrench men

                 Subjects of the ifrench King or inhabitants & Dwellrs within

                 his Dominions & Territories Et ffiat or Supra.

                   13 Itm Interr quilbt Whether at or upon the Seizing or

                 Chassing the sd Ship did the Master and her Compa or

                 passingrs or any of them fire any Gun ffight or make any

                 Resistance against the Man or Warr or Ship that took her

                 and what Resistance was made, Et ffiat Ut Supra.

                   14 Itm Interr quilbt In Case any Witness be Examined

                 touching any Ship or Goods which have been first taken by

                 any Ship belonging to the ffrench King or his Subjects and

                 afterwards have been Retaken or Rescued by an English Ship

                 Let him be asked how long was the rescued Ship in the hands

                 and possession of the ifrench King before the Same was

                 Retaken and whether as there any ffight made in the sd Rescue

                 or any of the sd Rescuing Ships Company kill'd, wounded,

                 Maimed, or hurt in the sd ffight, Et ffiat Ut Supra.

                   15 Itm Interr quilbt whether were you prsent at the time

                 of the taking or Surprizing of the sd Ship concerning which

              p. you are now Examined (If not) Express so much (If yea)

                 whether was the Ship so taken A Ship of Warr or private

                 Mann of Warr and how many pieces of Ordnance did the

                 Ship then Carry and whether were the same then mounted

                 upon Carriages in the sd Ship and whether during the Chase

                 of the sd Ship so taken or before she was taken, were not

                 some of the peices of Ordnance which were then in her thrown

                 over board (if yea) How many declare the Truth herein Et

                 ffiat Ut Supra.
