Mr Orlando Greenslade appearing brings one of the Lib. X. Mariners belonging to the Ship Dolphin of Biddfford whereof p. 132 Stephen Harris was Master & says that the master is lately dead as also the mate & that the Ship is loaden & ready to sail but that there is but one man capable to carry her home whereupon his Excellency with the advice of this Board is pleased to direct that the said ship be brought to this Port & then further care will be taken herein Upon motion of Geo Plater & Wm Dent Esqrs his Majestys Attorney & Sollr Genl Ordered that the following Certificate be delivered them vizt To his Majestys Iustices of the Provl Court These may Certify you that upon examination of diverse matters that have appeared to this Board it has been thought necessary for his Majestys Service & for the good & quiet of this province to order his Majestys Attorney General to issue process out of his Majestys Provincial Court against Gerrard Sly, Philip Clark, Robt Mason; Anthony Bowles, Samuel Brock, Walter Smith Benjamin Hall, the Iustices of St Marys Calvert & Dor chester Counties for several Offences & Misdeamenors against the Laws of England & this Province which you are hereby required to order the said Atty Genl to prosecute that the same may by you be heard & Determined according to Law Came Capt James Keech & made oath before the honble Robt Smith & Tho Tasker Esqrs that he did deliver unto Thomas Tasker Esqr a sett of Bills of Exco payable to the Said Tench for fourty two pounds ten shillings sterl
