      Mr Kennedy s —

      Deputacön tacon to the Bearer David Kennedy to be Collector

              of the Rates and Duties Imposed by the Act

      made in the 25 year of the Reign of King Charles the

      Second at Pocomoke in the Province of Maryland. The Said

      Mr Kennedy hath there given Security And upon his taking

      the Vsuall Oath, We desire you will please to Admit him to

      the Execution of his Duty giving him all due encouragemt for

      his mats Service

        We remain     Sr     Yor very humble Servants

      Severall matters of Complaint exhibitted before us agt him

      by Mr Randolph We have thought fitt to discharge from

      tht imploymt The sd Mr Jenings hath here given Security, And

      upon his taking the Usuall Oath before you We desire you

      will please to admitt him to the Execution of his Duty giving
