time to time be Lawfully issued or made forth and shall do or Lib. H. D. Cause to be done all other Lawfull Acts, matters and things as shall be Necessary conducable or Convenient for the inquir ing into, finding out & for the effectual recovery of our parts shares or proporcons of all every or any of the sd Ships, Vessells, jewells Suffis of money, goods wares, marchandises Comodities or other matters and things taken & Seized as Prize as aforesd or of the Values or proceeds of the same, or for bringing the said respective Comanders, Officers or persons or any of them or any others lyable as aforesd to just true & ffaithfull Accots of the Same, And lastly Our will and pleasure is and we do hereby authorize & Comand you the Comma of our Treasury now being & the Treasurer and under Treasurer of our Excheq or Commrs of our Treasury for the time being p. 62 to cause one full moyety or halfe part of whatsoever shall be due received and recovered for our parts or proportions of the said, Ships, Vessells Jewells, Sums of money goods wares, merchandizes Comodities or other matters and things taken and Seized as aforesd or of the Vallues or proceeds of the same to be delivered over or issued to the sd Henry Earle of Romney and John Glovr or their assigns in reward and for their charges as aforesd to their own use and behoofe without any Accot Intrest or other charge to be set upon them for the Same, and these our Letters of the Entry or Enrollmt thereof shall be to you and every of you a Sufficient Warrt and discharge in this behalf Given under our Privy Seal at our Palace at Westminster the one and Twentieth day of March in the Seaventh year of our Reign. from the Earl gent. for the Trust and Confidence which we have of Romny abt Prizes &ca and repose in Thomas Robinson of London Attested by a Mercht Have made and Constituted and by these Notary Publick presents do make and constitute the sd Thomas Robinson to be our Attorney and Substitue Irrevocable; Giving and by these prsents granting unto him all such full power and Authority as to us is given & granted by his Mats most gracious grant to us in that behalf made dated the 27th day of March in the Seaventh year of his Mats Reign whereof a True Coppy is above written; To ask demand and Receive of and from all Comandrs of his Mats Ships of Warr or those Serving under them or of the Severall Officers or other prsons, True and ffaithfull Accounts of his Mats parts and proportions of all and every or any the Ships, Vessells, Jewells Sums of money goods wares Merchandizes Commodities or other
