              always and our will & meaning is, that no Accots or Accts so

              to be received or taken by the sd Henry Earle of Romney

              and John Glover or either of them shall be difinitive or

              Conclusive against us Our Heirs or Successors unless the

              Same be finally adjusted and allowed by and under the hands

              of you the Comma of our Treasury or any Three or more

              of you now being or our high Treasurer or any three or more

              of the Commrs of our Treasury for the time being, and wee

              do hereby further Authorize and Impower you the sd Comma

              of our Treasury or any Three or more of you now being and

              our Treasurer Chancellor and under Treasurer of our Excheq

              or any three or more of the Commrs of our Treasury for the

              time being to cause the sd Accot or Accots to be examined

              Stated and Audited as you shall think fitt, and to adjust allow

              therein as you shall see reasonable, and on our behalfe make

              any Composicon or Agreemts with the said respective Coman

              ders Officers or persons, or any others chargable as aforesd of

              for and concerning the sd Ships, Vessells, Jewells Sums of

              money, goods war's merchandizes, Comodities or other Matters

              or things aforesd or any of them or for or concerning the

              Values or proceeds of the Same or our parts therein & upon

              payment of the moneys wch shall be due to us by such Accots

              or Accts or by such Composicon or Composicons agreemt or

              Agreemts as aforesd finally to discharge the sd Coinanders

              Officers and persons or any others chargable or lyable as

              aforesd against us our Heirs and Successors or to Cause thm or

              any of them to be ffinally discharged of from and concerning

              the prmises by Quietus est. or by such other Lawfull ways or

              means as in that behalf shall be desired and advised. And

              our further will & Pleasure is and we do hereby direct authorize

              and Comand That in Case the sd Comanders Officers and

              persons or any of them or any others chargable or lyable as

              aforesd shall refuse or neglect to make just and ifair Accots of

              Satisfaction thereupon as aforesaid Then you and every or

              any of you respectively to whom in yor respective places or

              stations it doth or shall appertain do and shall forth with &

              from time to time at the request or requests and at the charges

              of the sd Henry Earl of Romney and John Glover or either

              of thm issue or make forth or cause to be issued or made

              fforth such and so many Comission or Commissions (to be

              directed to such prson or prsons as the sd Henry Earle of

              Romney and John Glover or either of them with the approba

              tion of you the Commrs of our Treasury now being and our

              high Treasurer or Commrs of our Treasury for the time being
