      or to be employed in discovering prosecuting & recovering

      our lust dues and demands in the Premises, Our will and

      pleasure is And we do by these prsents give full Power and

      Authority to the sd Henry Earl of Romney and John Glover.

      That the sd Henry Earl of Romney and John Glover. or either

      of them, shall and may in our Name and on our behalf, ask

      demand and receive of and ffrom the sd Comanders Officers,

      or other prsons whatsoever who are or may be charged or

      lyable in this respect, a full true and ffaithful accot of all and p. 6x

      Every, or any the Sd Ships Vessells, Iewlls or Sums of money,

      goods wares merchandizes, Coinodities or other matters or

      things so taken or Seized as Prize & which do or ought by

      any manner of ways or means to belong unto Us, & which

      are or were carried into the Severall Ports or places in our

      sa Colony's or Plantacons of Jamaica, Barbadoes, New England,

      Virga Maryland, and Antegoe or any other Ports & places in

      America, or into the sd Port of lisbon or any other Port in the

      sd Kingdom of Portugall or into Leghorne or any Ports and

      places in Italy; and of the Nature Quantities qualities values

      & proceeds of the Same, every or any of them, and at what

      particular places, and at what particular times, the same were

      so taken and what adjudications have been had thereof, and

      where & how the same or any of them have been deposited,

      Sold or otherwise disposed off or do now remain, or what is

      become thereof, or of any part thereof, and of any other

      matters or Circumstances relating thereto, and the View and

      inspection of any Books, Accots or papers which they or any

      of them have in their or any of their Custody or Power for

      the fuller clearing & manifesting of the Truth in the prmises,

      and also in our Name and on our behalf, to require the sd

      Comandrs Officers or other prsons, chargable or liable as

      aforesd forthwith to deliver pay and Satisfye or cause to be

      delivered paid and Satisfyed Our Severall parts of all, every

      or any of the sd Ships Vessells, Iewells Sumes of money goods

      wares Merchandizes Coiiiodities or other matters or things

      aforesd Or our parts of the Vallues or proceeds of the same

      wherewith they or any of them are respective!y chargable as

      aforesd to wit one Moyety or half part of our respective parts

      or proportions of and in the same into the receipt of our

      Excheq or otherwise as you the Comrs of our Treasury, now

      being, or our high Treasurer or Commrs of the Treasury for

      the time being shall appoint, for our Use, and the other

      moyety or half part of our said parts or proportions to the

      sd Henry Earle of Romney and John Glover to their own use

      & behoofe for their good Services, paines & charges in dis
