D. in Our Supream Court of Admiralty or in any other Court of Admiralty whatsoever that now are or hereafter shall be, And to all other our Officers & Ministers whatsoever and others P. 59 whom the prsents do or shall appertain Greeting; Whereas our Right Trusty and Rt welbeloved Cousin and Councilir Henry Earle of Romney and our Trusty & welbeloved John Glover Genii Have humbly represented unto us, that Severall Ships Vessells Jewells Sumes of money, goods, wares, mer chandizes Comodities or other matters or things have been by the Comandrs of Severall of our Ships of Warr, or those Serving under them, or by Severall of our Officers or by Some other person or persons, Our Subjects as well by Com mission from us as without Since our accession to the Crown, taken & Seized for Prize as belonging unto the ifrench King or some of his Subjects or Some other our Enemies, or from pyrates, and the Same have been carryed into Severall ports and places in our Colonys or Plantacons in Jemaica, Barbadoes, New England, Virga Maryland and Antego, & Severall other Ports and places in America, and also into the Port of Lisbon in the Kingdom of Portugall, or into Some other port or place in the sd Kingdom of Portugall & into Leghorne and Severall other ports and places in Italy, of all which Ships Vessells Iewells Sumes of money, goods, wares, merchandizes, Comodities or other mattrs or things, So taken or Seized as Prize, and of the Values of the Same, a true and Just Accot ought to have been kept and proceedings, should have been had or made for adjudication of the Same, in Some Court of Admiralty, and the sd Ships, Vessells, Jewells, Sums of money, goods wares, merchandizes, Comodities or other matters or things so taken or Seized as Prize, or some proportions or parts thereof, or of the Value, or proceed of the Same, ought to have been answered paid or delivered to our use; But tht the sd Comandrs Officers, or other prson or prsons, who have the sd Ships, Vessells, Jewells, Sums of money goods, wares merchandizes, Comodities, or other matters or things or the Values or proceed thereof, in their hands or are charg able therewith or lyable thereunto, Have not answer'd paid deliver'd or accompted for the Same to us or our Officers for our use, and have hitherto unjustly detain'd and withheld the Same, from us, or Secretly Sold or disposed thereof, without giving us or any of our Officers (who should take Care on owr behalf) any Accot of the Same to our great Injury and Damage, we being Resolved that the sd Comandrs Officers or other prson or prsons, and all others, chargeable or lyable as afsd shall be brought to make true Accots and give us just Satisfaction of and for our parts or proportions of the Severall Prizes before mencon'd and out of the Same (when received
