(Seal) Attestacon of To all to whom these prseflts shall Come We the Earle of Romny's Sr John Hoblon Knight Lord Mayor and the Pattent under the Seal of the Aldermen of the City of London Doe hereby make Mayoralty of Known and Certify That on the day of the Date London hereof in his Mats Court holden Before Us in the Chamber of the Guild hall of the sd City Personally Came and appeared Henry Earle of Romney & John Glover of London Gent. And did then and there Seal and deliver as their Act and Deed to the use of Thomas Robinson of London Mer chant the Lettr of Attorney by them now produced for certain purposes therein mention'd bearing date the 21th day of August last past And also Signed & attested by Mr Anthony Wright Notary Publick dwelling in this City Which we have caused to be here unto annexed, In ifaith & Testimony whereof wee the said Lord maior and Alderman have caused the Seal of the Office of Maioralty of the sd City of London to be hereunto put and Affixed Dated in London the ffifth day of Septem.
