                 of this Port that on the 27th of November the said Ship was

                 here entred with Six hundred and Eleaven hhds of Tobb: and

                 Certain Bulk we desire you will Cause the said Certificate

                 and this Letter to be Affixed to the aforesd Bond in discharge

                 the Indians Rangers and other Reasons he holds it necessary

                 tht a Councill be appointed to meet, as soon as possible, to

                 consult the calling of an Assembly & therefore Ordered that

                 for the better convenience of the Gentlemen of the Councills

                 meeting that live in the lower Counties, the Councill do meet

                 & sit at I3attell. Town in Calvert County the 11th day of Ianry

                 next ensuing, and that his Majtes Receivers together wth the

                 Collectors & Navall Officers on this side the Bay, be sum-
