Inclosed is an account of our Negotiations in Virginia & the Result of his Exncy and Councill upon the matters pro posed by us. We also send yor Exncy an account that Capt Ino Withers relates to us that the Piscattoway Indians say there is five Sus quehanno's yet remaining of tht Nation formerly seated neer the Eastern branch of Potomock and are now among them Indians at the head of the Bay with Esqr Tom that either by themselves or those they hyre are the authors of all these Murthers of ours; their names are underwritten. He sayes also that he perceives the Piscattowayes are in great doubt of yor Exncy & Government being angry wth them and imputing the Murther to them & would be glad to know the contrary. He says the two Nations of Sennecoes above our frontiers
