       Vpon representation of the Honoble James ifrisby Esqr how

     that Mr Matthias Vanderhayden and Mr Nicholas Bayard two

     of his Majesties Justices for Caecill County are Aliens and not

     naturallized by any Act of Parliament therefore unqualifyed

     for that station,

       Ordered that a new Comission of the Peace issue for that

     County wth a blanck to be left for two names to be filled up

     as the said Esqr ifrisbey shall think fitt.

       Ordered that the Shtif of Baltimore County do (upon sight

     hereof) inquire after one Bartlet, who is represented to

     be a person Lunatick and of no setled perswasion; but hath

     been signifyed by one of his Majtes Honoble Councill, that he

     hath taken upon him preaching, and is accordingly admitted

     publickly to preach in one of the Parish Churches of the said
