               that your Lordships would be pleased to send me some direc

               tions about this affair for I shall find very much difficulty in

               getting a Ship or Vessell Condemned for breach of Any of

               the Acts of Trade & Navigacon in any of his Maties Courts

               here wch Consists of Severall Iudges and where they are

               Tryed by Iurys and where there are the least prtences for not

               giveing Iudgemt upon any of the Navigation Bonds they are

               sure to admitt of them

                 We are of Opinion that upon that Clause fol 1497 And

               another Clause in the Same Act fol. 502 The Severall Offences

               agt the sd Act may be prosecuted in the Courts of Admiralty

               for the Plantations;
