Mr Charles A Peticön of Charles Breband about Goods Lib. H. D. Brebands Pet & Ordr about Seized from him by Henry Denton Navll Officer
of the Port of Annapolis, as being an Alien Mercht &ca Setting forth that he had been Nat
uralized in England but forgot to bring any Certificate thereof with him, therefore prayed time to send for England about it, and that in the Interim the sd Seizure might be taken off Ordered that the Peticonr giving good Security for Answering the Vallue of the Goods seized (if he don't pro duce his Letters of Naturalizacon or Denization or Some Authentick proofe for the Same, within a year and a day from the date hereof) unto George Plater Esq his mats Re ceiver for the Use of his Maty &Ca that then the prayer of the Peticonr be granted.
MrJno Chiles Ordr to Mr Mr John Chiles the Bearer hereof being sent Vangazell for by his Exncy Sr Edmd Andros his Mats Lieutent a horse and Govr Genll of Virga on an Express to New York for his Mats imedeiate Service, It is hereby directed and Ordered that Mr Jacob Vangazeloe do upon his Arrivall in Coecill County take Care to provide him with a horse as farr as New Castle in Ordr to his Dispatch.
June the 10th 1697.
The Councill again Sate and were prsent as before.
