               Mr Jno West Ordered that a Commission be prepared to

               Order d to be

               constituted Constitute Mr John West Navll Officer of Poco

               Navll Officr of moke District in Somerset County in the Room of

               Pocomoke

               District in the Majr King lately decd: (being Recommended as a

                Capable person by Coll: Hutchins) and that Copy

                        of the Navigacon Oath usually taken by the Collrs

               and Navll Officers &ca be sent over to his Honr Coll: Brown

               who is hereby Ordered to Administer the Same to him

               accordingly and to deliver to him the Book of Rates and

               what other instructions was left in the possession of the sd

               Majr King for his better guidance in his Office and that he

               make a due Return of his proceedings therein with all Con

               venient Speed.

                 Came George Plater Esq Collector and Receiver of his

               Mats Customs within Petuxant District and made Oath

               before his Exncy in Councill to ffour Severall Accots this day

               Exhibited by him at the Board.

               The State of Ordered that a State of the whole Revenue

               this last years

               Revenue made this Year Collected by the Severall Officers, and

          vp Order'dSworn to, be drawn forth to be laid before this
