     Reference to the Kings Ordered that the Kings Lawyers give their Lib. H. D.

     Lawyers how Opinion and Advice how those Judgmts recover'd

     the Kings for his Maty: on the Navigation Bonds may be

         Iudgmts may be saved Saved and Secured to his Maty: without Renewing

     without the Same by Scire ffacias and whether the Same

        renewing the same by Scire Can be legally done and that they make Report

     facias      accordingly to this Board with all Convenient Speed

     Kings Lawyers My Opinion and Advice is that if in Case it

     Report vpon the above    being not above a Year Since those Judgmts were

     Caseobtain'd for the King against the Severall De

     fendts yor Exncy may Indulge them in point of time without

     doing prejudice to the King or being put to Sue Scire facias

     against the Defendants by filing the Writs of Execution

     against the Severall Defts in the Secryrs Office which will keep

     the Judgmt in full force for another Year if the Writts be ffiled

     within a Year after the Judgmt Given and so from Year to

     Year as long as yor Exncy pleaseth this is humbly Offer'd

     wise from those party's that lye under the lash of those

     Executions, It is hereby further Ordered that a list of the

     persons Names against whom such Executions are filed be

     sent together with this Ordr to the Severall Countyes of the

     Province to be made publick and Enter'd in the County

     Records.

     Mr Plater and Ordered that George Plater Esq Collector and

     Mr Muschamp Order'd to Receiver of his Mats Customs in Petuxant District;

     make out each of thm 2 and George Muschamp Esq Collector and Receiver

     Accots of ths  of Potomock District within this Province make

     last years     out Each of them two Accots of this last Years
