     Arthur     A Peticon of Arthur Wheatley for the Sherriffs Lib. H. D.

      Wheatleys Pet

      for the Sffes place of Dorchester County, was by Order referr'd

      place of Dor. to the honrble Coll: Charles Hutchins and the Jus-

      County. tices of that County Court to know what they have

     

      to Say in Recomendations of the Peticont as to his abilities and

      qualifications for the place.

      Sydrack Upon Reading the Peticon of one Sydrack

      Whitworths

      pet & Compit   Whitworth of Caecill County complaining against

      agt Mr Wm Mr Wm Harris of the sd County that he obstructs

      Harris.

      Referred to    the taking up of Vagrants and Runaways in oppo

      the Kings sition to his Exncys Proclamation for for the Same,

      Lawyers for

      prosecutions   in particular threatning the sd Whitworth for doing

      &cahis Duty therein. Ordered tht the sd Peticon be

     

      Referred to the Kings Lawyrs for them to Issue such process

      as is proper against the sd Harris thereon, And that they have

      the honrble James ifrisby Esq Mr Robert Crooke Mr Henry

      Eldersly and Mr Alexandr Cambell Sunioned as Evidence to

      prove the Complaint in the sd Petition set fforth.

      Reference to Collector of the Port of Wm Stadt for Seizing his

      Mr Aldern for Shallop, was by Order Refered to the sd Aldern
