I returne you my utmost acknowledgmts for the favor you
have done me in the additionall three pence & I shall Ever be
well pleased to receive the Least Marks of yor good opinions
of me & shall allwaise make it my Study to acquit my self in
the Intire Service of this Province I am Gent yor Most Hum-
ble Serv'

The Honble Coll Charles Hutchins Enter the house and
brings Back the Message sent by Mr Wm Hutchinsson and Mr
Hicks Endorsed thus.

By the Councill in Assembly Iuly 15th 1699.

This Board Concurr wth the house as to the amendmt of
the sd Bill
Signed p Ordr
W Bladen Clk Council.

By the house of Delegates Iuly 15th 1699.

It falling under the Consideration of this house for some
methods to be taken towards the building of a Prison in this
Port & towne of Annapolis humbly Desire that yor Excy will
be pleased to appoynt some of the members of his Majties
Honble Councill to Conferr wth some of the members of this
house in proposeing such methods as may be Expedient for
the building of such prison and to appoynt such time and
place as to them shall seeme Convenient

Ordrd that Mr Wm Harris Mr Wm Hutchinsson Mr Ion
Worthington Mr Tho: Hicks & Mr Ion Lowe Carry the said
Message to his Excy and Councill & are appoynted to Joyne

A Bill for Killing of wolfes read the first time & Ordrd to be
read againe on Monday
A Bill for Publication of Marriages read the first time &
ordrd to be read againe on Monday
The house adjournes till Monday Morning Six of Clock.
