of yealding any Satisfaction in Discharge of such Iudgemts
and must therefore Inevitably Perish in Goale Except his
Majty Gracious Clemencye be Extended towards them to wch
End & purpose this house has formerly prsumed to prsent
their most humble Petition to his Most Sacred Majty whose
Royall pleasure thereupon has not yet been Signified to vs
Wee therefore make this our Most humble address to yor

Excy that noe Execution may be Leavyed nor further proceed-
ings used agt the said psons untill his most sacred Majtys
Royall pleasure may be therein further Knowne and Likwise
that in the mean time yor Excy will be pleased to Joyne wth us
in an humble Adress to his Sacred Majty wholy to Remitt the
Penalty in those Bonds soe prosecuted In wch there never was
any the Least designe or Intention of fraud but on the
Contrary to Encorage his Majties Subjects Trading into this
his Majties Province as has Evidently appeard upon the Tryall
of Most of those Bonds though of more then Twenty years
standing yet have procured Certificates and that not without
Great Charge and Trouble for these & other the Like reasons
wch may be most manifestly made appear to yor Excy wee
Most Humbly pray yor Excys noble Condescention herein wch
will most Strongly Confirme wt wee have hitherto good
reason to believe that yor Excy will Use all Honble Means to
Make Us happy and Easey under yor Governmt and as
becomes us Ever Endeavour to be as we are Sr Yor Excys
Most oblidged and Most obedient Servants

A Bill for prohibiting the Inhabitants of this province or
any other from Carrying Liquors to the Indian Towns read
Twice.
A Bill for high wayes & Makeing the heads of Rivers
Creeks & Branches &c read Twice
A Bill for the height of fences &c read Twice.
A Bill for settling a Revenue on his Majties Prsent Govr
read Twice
