The Message by the Honble Coll. Henry Iowles and Tho:
Tench Esqr was here reed and read and this house Humbly
Prayes that yor Excy will be pleased to appoynt some of the
Gent, of his Majtys Honble Councill to Conferr w'h some of
the members of this house to Consider whither it be nessary
to Compose any Lawe to regulate the Chanry proceeding
as is recommended in the said Message and this house have
appoynted Majr Tho: Smith Capt Philip Hoskins Coll
Iohn Thompson Mr Iames Saunders Mr Walter Smith and Mr
Wm Harris to Ioyne in such conferrence and to attend such of
his Majties Councill as yor Excy shall appoynt at such time and
place as they shall Direct
