Cecil County and also to Charles Gardiner appointed Register
of the Land Office for the Eastern shore of this State
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Joseph
Renshaw Twelve Pounds per Account passed by the Dep^y

That the said Treasurer pay to William Hyde Two thousand
Dollars for the use of John Hamilton Lieut and Paymaster to
the 4^th Regim^t being the Allowance made by the Gen^l Assem-
bly to the Officers of the Maryland Line in leiw of Articles for
the Present Year
Levin Spedding Licenced as Deputy Assistant Commissary
of Purchases appointed by Conrod Theo. Wederstrandt
Assistant Commissary of Purchases this Day, under a Commis-
sion from Ephraim Blaine Esquire also Nicholas Goldsborough,
