Present as on Yesterday
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Thomas
Richardson one thousand three hundred and twenty nine
Pounds, fifteen shillings and seven Pence Balance of Acct
passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Frederick Green, two
thousand, three hundred and ninty two Pounds p Account
passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to William Brown, ten Pounds
thirteen shillings and nine Pence p Acct passed by the Aud.
Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to William Hyde two thousand
Dollars for the use of Colo Lodowick Weltner due him in leiw
of the Articles for the present year alld by the late Act of
Assy
That the said Treasurer pay to William Henry seven
thousand nine hundred and seventy two Pounds, thirteen
shillings and three pence & Sixteen Pounds, ten shillings due
himself also four Pounds, ten shillings for the use of William
Briscoe, Ninty Pounds, for the use of Spencer Beedle, Thirty
eight Pounds, ten Shillings for the use of William Dollass one
Pound for the use of Ebenezer Reyner per Accounts passed
by the Aud. Genl and also the further Sum of Eighty Pounds
to be delivered over to Ebenezer Massey Attorney for John
Massey who was taken prisoner the 4th of October 1777, on
Account.
The Commission of Thomas Richardson from Clement
Biddle Commissary General of Forage of the 10 Day of
March 1778 to be Commissary of Forage for the western
shore of the State of Maryland being produced to this Board
Licence is hereby given to him the said Thos Richardson
according to the Act of Assembly in such Case made and
Provided to Act in this State as Commissary of Forage
aforesaid and also the Commission of George Murdock from
Thomas Richardson of this Day to be Forage Master in
Frederick County being produced to this Board, Licence is
hereby given to him the said George Murdock according to
the Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided to act
in the County aforesaid
