Present as on yesterday
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to James
Houston Thirty one Pounds ninteen shillings and two Pence
for the use of Jonathan Cathall p Acct. passed by the Aud.
Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to James Hodges Junr Twenty
Pounds for the use of James Hodges p Account passed by
the Aud Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Colo Isaac Perkins, two
thousand nine hundred and two Pounds, sixteen shillings and
ten Pence due him p Acct passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt Edward Gale two
thousand Dollars to be delivered over to Lieut John White of
the Matrosses ordered to Camp in leiw of the Articles for the
present year allowed by the late Act of Assembly
That the said Treasurer pay to Daniel Jenifer, two hundred
and thirty six Pounds ten shillings and three Pence for the use
of Walter Jenifer p Acct passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Colo Charles Beatty Four
hundred and fifteen Pounds fourteen shillings and one penny,
four hundred and Eighty seven Pounds, seven shillings and
three pence and also the further Sum of three Pounds five
shillings and seven pence half penny due him p Accounts
passed by the Aud. Genl
John White late a Serjeant in the Matross Compy in Balti-
more is appointed third 2d Lieut of the Matross Compy ordered
to Camp by the General Assembly
Commission issued to Walter Hanson, George Dent, John
Dent, Robert Young and Warren Dent appointed Judges of
the Orphans Court for Charles County and also to Daniel
Jenifer appointed Register of the Orphans Court for Charles
County
Ordered that the Commissary of Stores deliver to William
Reynolds a 9 Mo Soldr in the 6th Regt Dischd the amt of twenty
nine Pounds, ten shillings in Cloathing due him by the Act of
Assembly to procure Troops for the American Army
The Commission of Richard Butler Depy Quarter Master,
and The Commission of Nicholas Tice Depy Quarter Master,
from Charles Beatty Depy Quarter Master Genl being pro-
duced to this Board Licence is hereby given to them the said
